What happens in Vegas…. can significantly improve your health & fitness! I just came across this event yesterday while Youtubing! It’s hard for me to believe I never heard of this, especially since it is an hour’s flight from my home in Northern Nevada!

Every year the American Lung Association, Anthem and The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas hold a fundraiser where they challenge people to “Scale the Strat”! At 1,1149 feet, The Strat is the tallest building in Las Vegas, the tallest building West of Mississippi, and the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States! At 1,455 steps, it’s sure to get your heart pounding and calories burning! This year’s event takes place on February 23rd, 2025 (7am - 2pm).
