Great App for Tracking Challenge Miles!

I really like this simple pedometer app for tracking miles for the Challenge! Very easy to use and there is nothing to start or stop! It is always counting your steps as long as you are wearing your phone (this may not work for you if you don’t want to count casual steps for the Challenge, or you don’t carry your phone when you exercise). No account required, and it’s FREE! Just download the app and start using it! Make sure to enter your age, sex, weight, and step length in the settings for improved accuracy. I use 28” as my step length, which I calibrated by walking around a 1/4 mile track at my local high school!
It automatically keeps track of your activity time/steps/miles/calories by the day, week or month! When it comes time to submit your monthly miles, just pull up the monthly total and and you’re done!!
